3 parts tequila
2 parts fresh lemon juice
1 part triple sec
1 part simple syrup
Mix ingredients, shake, and pour over ice in a highball glass.
Jeff invented this cocktail while dealing with a 30 Rock obsession and trying to use up some old tequila. It’s a lighter, sweeter variant of the margarita.
