• Bubbly Australian muscato, e.g. Yellow Tail
• Jaillance, Cuvée Impériale, Clairette de Die Traditiona; Similar to bubbly muscato but with a drier finish.
• Carmenère, San Pedro, 1865, Chile, The nose is chocolatey (not in a formal wine term sense—just smelled like chocolate) and it was super tasty.
• Chateau St. Jean, Gerwüztraminer
• Bailey Vinard, 2002 Vidal Ice Wine.
• Domaine de la Tonnellerie Sancerre.
